North Node

The lunar nodes are not bodies but the two points where the Moon's path crosses the ecliptic, and the North Node marks the direction of growth — the unfamiliar territory a person is called to develop. It tends to feel awkward, even against the grain, precisely because it lies outside the comfort of old habit. Leaning toward the North Node is the chart's invitation to stretch: the qualities that, though they don't come easily, are where this lifetime's evolution is meant to happen.
