Our privacy promise

We never sell or transfer your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Ever.
No ads, ever. AuLun has no advertising and never will. Your readings are never used to target you.
Everything is encrypted. All your data — what you provide (birth data, profile) and what you generate (readings, journal, charts) — is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
Deletion removes your entire account, immediately. Not just your data — the account itself. Your login, your email, your whole sign-in identity, and every row you own across our database are all erased in one immediate, permanent hard delete. There is no grace period, no soft-delete, and no recovery. Nothing is left; if you ever come back, you'd start over with a brand-new account.

How to delete your account

There are two ways, and both do exactly the same thing:

In the app — open Account, then tap Delete account and confirm.
On the web — sign in at app.aulun.ai, open Account, then choose Delete account and confirm.

For safety, deletion asks you to type DELETE to confirm. Once confirmed, it runs immediately and cannot be undone — the account no longer exists, your session ends, and you are signed out.

What gets deleted

Your entire account — not just its contents. Deleting is an immediate, permanent hard delete with no grace period, no soft-delete, and no way to recover it. First we erase every row you own across our database, then we delete the account itself — your login, your email, and your whole sign-in identity — so nothing is left. A returning person would sign up from scratch, as a brand-new account. What’s removed includes:

your login and sign-in identity — your email and account credentials are deleted, not just detached;
your readings, saved readings, daily cards, and reading through-lines;
your birth charts, saved charts, natal readings, and horoscopes;
your journal reflections and threads (and the case briefs behind them);
your bookmarks, personal card notes, tags, and manifestations;
your friends, friend invites, emblems, and any compatibility (synastry) readings;
your push-notification subscriptions and support messages;
any usage telemetry that was linked to your identity.

After it runs, any residual copies in our encrypted backups are purged on our regular backup cycle.

The one thing we can’t reach

The only record deletion doesn’t remove is the payment processor’s own billing record. If you ever paid, the processors — Apple, Google, or Stripe — keep their own transaction records, which the law requires them to hold for tax and fraud purposes. Those live on the processor’s side, not on AuLun, are not ours to delete, and contain none of your readings or personal content. We never stored your card details in the first place.

If you can’t sign in

If you can’t access your account to delete it yourself, email info@aulun.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it, and we will.
