Terms of Service

AuLun is operated by AuLun Arcana LLC (“AuLun,” “we,” “us”). These Terms are the agreement between you and us for using AuLun.

1. Agreement

By using AuLun, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, which may be higher) to use AuLun.

2. What AuLun is — and isn’t

AuLun gives you tarot readings, astrology charts and horoscopes, a reference library, a journal, and a way to connect with friends. Readings and analyses are for reflection and entertainment. They read patterns and energies; they are not professional advice — not legal, medical, financial, or psychological — and not a prediction of the future. Use them as a lens, not a verdict. The decisions you make are your own.

3. AI-generated content

Readings, horoscopes, and analyses are generated with the help of AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Please don’t rely on them as fact or as a substitute for a qualified professional.

4. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Please give accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

5. Your content

Your inputs, journal entries, saved charts, and manifestations are yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store them and show them back to you, and to operate the features you use (for example, showing a reading you chose to share with a friend). We don’t claim ownership of your content, and we don’t use it to train AI models.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or use AuLun for anything unlawful;
• abuse, disrupt, or overload the service, or access it with bots or scrapers;
• reverse-engineer, extract, or copy AuLun’s underlying prompts, methodology, or models.

The reading methodology and the way AuLun produces readings are proprietary.

7. Our intellectual property

AuLun — the software, the brand and wordmark, the card artwork and decks, the written content, and the reading methodology — belongs to AuLun Arcana LLC and its licensors. Using the service doesn’t give you any rights to it beyond using the app as intended.

8. AuLun+ subscriptions

AuLun offers a free tier and a paid subscription, AuLun+. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and features may change; we’ll give notice of material changes, and any change applies to your next billing period.

9. Friends and sharing

If you connect with a friend or share a reading, horoscope, or chart, you’re choosing to make that content visible to them. Please be considerate about what you share about other people.

10. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. We aim to give notice when changes are significant.

11. Disclaimers

AuLun is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that readings will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AuLun Arcana LLC won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$100.

13. Termination

You can stop using AuLun and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post changes here and update the date above; continuing to use AuLun means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
