Midheaven

The Midheaven, or Medium Coeli, is the highest point of the chart — the cusp of the tenth house — and it speaks to the part of life lived in public view. It describes vocation in the deepest sense: not merely a job but the calling a person is seen to climb toward, the reputation they accrue, and the role they play in the wider world. Where the Ascendant is how one begins, the Midheaven is what one is ultimately known for — the visible summit toward which the life orients.
